Tools for Balance Session

A 60-minute support session focused on practical tools for emotional and everyday wellbeing.

Together, we look at what has been feeling difficult and explore simple, supportive practices that fit your current season of life. This may include emotional wellbeing, stress, daily routines, rest, and gentle habits that support balance in everyday life.

You’ll leave with:

Step-by-Step Support Session

90 minutes — $129

A deeper 90-minute session for thoughtful guidance, emotional support, and a calm step-by-step path forward.

This extended session gives you more time and more space to explore what feels heavy beneath the surface. Together, we gently unpack what is going on, identify where support is needed most, and create a more grounded path forward.

You’ll leave with:
